Circle is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Risk and Compliance Engineering team to lead the centralized onboarding and lifecycle platform that underpins Circle's risk management and regulatory compliance infrastructure.

You will guide architecture, deliver scalable automation, partner SDKs, and internal tools while coaching senior and staff engineers to build a high-performing, inclusive team across Circle's products and jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, and complex backend platforms.
• Proven ability to mentor senior and staff engineers and uphold engineering excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead the engineering team building Circle's centralized onboarding and lifecycle platform for risk/compliance.
• Build scalable onboarding automation supporting customers from engagement through activation across Circle's products.
• Design and evolve a unified customer lifecycle platform managing changes in relationships and onboarding requirements.
• Guide the development of partner-facing APIs, SDKs, and integrations for seamless onboarding.
• Develop internal tools in collaboration with Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering teams.
• Drive architectural decisions, reliability, security, and operational excellence while coaching senior staff engineers.
