Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee the site engineering function, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across the nuclear power plant. You will manage staff, align projects with site and corporate goals, and participate in strategic planning for outages and long-term programs.

The role requires a senior level of nuclear engineering leadership, an SRO license, and extensive plant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• 10 years total experience including 4 years at power plant, 1 year nuclear experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Active SRO license or equivalent.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 requirements for nuclear personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage engineering personnel performance aligned with site objectives.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and performance reviews for site engineering.
• Provide engineering leadership for short- and long-term programs affecting operations.
• Support nuclear-wide programs to standardize systems and processes.
• Fulfill duties including emergency response, outage coverage, and cross-functional support.
