Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the site engineering function, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as backup to the Site Engineering Director.

You will lead engineering personnel, manage performance and development, participate in budgeting and business reviews, guide short- and long-term programs, and contribute to nuclear-wide initiatives, outage support, and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or SRO credential.
• 10 years total experience including nuclear power and supervisory background.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 requirements for personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering function for station needs and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the performance and development of engineering personnel relative to site and corporate objectives.
• Participate in budgeting and business performance reviews for Site Engineering and manage staff responsibilities.
• Fulfill engineering leadership for short- and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Contribute to nuclear-wide programs and standardized engineering processes.
• Support outage activities, emergency response duties, and related duties as assigned.
