Job summary

Constellation Energy, a leading private-sector power producer, seeks a senior engineering leader to manage the engineering function for a nuclear-related site. You will direct engineering staff, align programs with regulatory requirements, and drive high-quality engineering outcomes across short- and long-term initiatives.

The role requires a PE license or SRO license with nuclear site experience, and compliance with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; PE or SRO license with 5 years in engineering, incl. 1 year nuclear.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard for nuclear personnel selection and training.
• Maintain access or unescorted access requirements and pass medical exams as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering function to support station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead engineering personnel development aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Provide technical leadership for short- and long-term programs affecting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Represent as senior resource to NGG-wide programs on engineering systems/processes.
• Cover additional duties as directed, including outages and emergency response.
