Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage the Site Engineering function, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality results for a nuclear power plant. You will oversee staff development, budgeting, and long-term programs to support performance and safety.

The role requires extensive power plant experience, an SRO credential, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across the site and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of total engineering experience.
• 4 years at a power plant, plus 1 year nuclear experience and 1 year in supervision.
• Active SRO license, inactive or certification accepted.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 requirements for personnel training and qualification.
• Maintain access and pass medical examination as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering functions for station needs and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop engineering staff to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Manage budgets, planning, and performance reviews for the Site Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership for short- and long-term programs impacting plant operations.
• Contribute to nuclear-wide programs and standardized engineering processes.
• Handle additional duties including outage coverage as directed.
