Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• 10 years total experience, including 4 years in power plants and 1 year in nuclear plants.
• Active SRO license or equivalent.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 requirements for personnel selection, qualification, and training.
• Must meet unescorted access and medical requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function for station needs and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee performance and development of engineering personnel aligned to site and corporate goals.
• Lead site engineering in budgeting, planning, and performance reviews; manage staff development and workload.
• Fulfill engineering leadership duties for short- and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Serve as a senior resource to nuclear-wide programs for standardized engineering systems and processes.
