Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering function for a nuclear plant in the New York area. You will manage station needs, regulatory compliance, and the performance and development of the engineering team to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related science) and potential licensure or SRO experience. This position emphasizes safety, regulatory adherence, and leadership during outages and evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; licensure or SRO may be required.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard familiarity.
• Maintain access requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance and development of assigned engineering personnel to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Direct and lead engineering programs impacting site operations and outages.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Contribute as senior resource to NGG-wide programs and initiatives.
• Fulfill other duties including outage support as directed.
