Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineers at our New York region facilities. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and long-term engineering programs to support site operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors inEngineering, PE/SRO license with nuclear experience, and a track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural or related science).
• Professional Engineer Registration or active/inactive SRO License with 5 years of engineering experience, including 1 year in nuclear power plants.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of the engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee performance and development of engineering personnel to achieve high-quality results.
• Directly and through staff, fulfill engineering leadership for short- and long-term programs affecting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Support NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering processes.
• Cover emergencies, outages, and cross-department tasks as needed.
