Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering function for a nuclear station in New York. You will lead engineering staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality results across short- and long-term programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PE or equivalent licensure, and 5+ years in engineering including nuclear experience. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential, with onsite responsibilities and periodic outage

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science plus licensure or active/inactive SRO with 5 years engineering or related experience including 1 year in nuclear power plants.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 requirements for nuclear personnel training and qualification.
• Must meet access requirements including medical examination as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance and development of engineering personnel to achieve high-quality results.
• Lead short-term and long-term programs affecting site operations and safety.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Serve as senior resource for NGG-wide programs on standardizing engineering systems and processes.
• Perform additional duties including outage support and emergency response as directed.
