Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an engineering leader to manage the engineering function for nuclear-site operations in New York. You will guide technical staff, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive short- and long-term programs affecting site performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or PE license with nuclear plant experience, plus ability to meet ANSI/ANS-3.1 standards and access requirements. A broad benefits package and bonus program are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science, or PE license with 5 years engineering experience including 1 year in a nuclear plant.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 qualification standards.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the performance and development of engineering personnel toward site and corporate objectives.
• Provide technical leadership for short- and long-term programs impacting operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for staff.
• Support NGG-wide programs and outage activities as a senior resource.
