Constellation Energy is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering function at a NY site, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality results. The role emphasizes staff leadership, program direction, and coordination with corporate initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have an engineering degree, professional license, and nuclear plant experience. The position requires adherence to ANSI/ANS-3.1 standards and eligibility for unescorted access where applicable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science as required.
• Professional Engineer registration must be held.
• SRO License with 5 years engineering experience, including 1 year at a nuclear power plant.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee performance and development of engineering staff aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Lead short- and long-term programs affecting site operations and technology initiatives.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for staff.
• Serve as senior resource to NGG-wide programs on standardized engineering systems.
• Support outage activities and cross-department coverage as needed.
