Constellation Energy is seeking an engineering leader to manage the engineering function for a nuclear facility in New York. You will oversee station engineering needs, regulatory compliance, and staff development, contributing to high-quality engineering results. The role requires an engineering degree or PE/SRO license and familiarity with ANSI/ANS-3.1 standards, with duties spanning planning, program support, and outage participation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science, or PE license or SRO license with 5+ years of engineering experience (incl. 1 year nuclear power plant).
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard for selection, qualification, and training of personnel for nuclear power plants.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical/exams per position duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance and development of engineering personnel aligning with site and corporate objectives.
• Provide engineering leadership for short- and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Serve as senior resource to NGG-wide programs on standardized engineering systems and processes.
• Fulfill other duties as directed, including outage support and emergency response.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Active/Inactive SRO License
