Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to serve as a client-facing engineering leader responsible for delivering multidisciplinary projects within our matrixed organization.

You will collaborate with division leadership to provide technical direction, project oversight, and engage clients while coordinating with the centralized Design Organization for staffing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with project leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across projects and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Act as primary client interface for engineering execution, defining scope, proposals, and technical positioning.
• Coordinate staffing and resource planning with the Design Organization and project managers to deliver results.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects and maintain quality assurance.
