Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Electric utility experience in substation function required.
• 3+ yrs HV substation design/analysis; leadership for Manager/Assoc Manager.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and supervise both local and remote staff to grow Substation organization.
• Build client relationships and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Lead proposals, scope and budget development.
• Develop plans for budgets, resources and reporting.
• Support strategic growth and market engagement.
• Travel 20-25%.
