Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical foundation in Java and microservices architecture.
• 5+ years of cloud development experience (GCP preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams through the full software delivery lifecycle from discovery to production operations at scale.
• Experience delivering modern platform capabilities and AI-powered technologies to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical & architectural leadership for scalable distributed systems, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers while fostering innovation and modern development practices.
• Lead end-to-end engineering initiatives from strategy to delivery on complex, high-visibility projects.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs; mitigate risks and promote secure, compliant AI usage.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, security, analytics, and business teams while staying current on AI technologies.
