CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead teams building a best-in-class Health100 platform. The role focuses on scalable cloud-native AI-enabled solutions, guiding architecture decisions, and delivering high-impact consumer health experiences.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with product, security, and analytics teams while adopting Generative AI and intelligent automation to accelerate innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience including 3+ years of leading high-performing teams.
• 5+ years of cloud development experience (GCP preferred).
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled platform capabilities and scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and architectural leadership for scalable distributed systems and APIs.
• Grow and mentor engineers, fostering innovation and modern development practices.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-visibility projects with measurable business impact.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs, manage risks, and govern safe AI usage across initiatives.
