Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an experienced Java backend engineer to join Health100, an AI-native health platform unifying pharmacies, providers and insurers. The role supports hybrid or remote work with preference for the Woonsocket, RI area.

You will design and ship distributed systems, guide technical execution, coordinate releases, and collaborate across product, security, and operations to deliver scalable solutions for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development with Spring Boot/MVC and cloud experience.
• 3+ years building RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Strong skills with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, agile and sprint planning.
• Experience coordinating release cycles and tracking tasks.
