Mirakl Connect Engineering leads two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—across Paris and Bordeaux, with about 12 engineers and close collaboration with US-based teams.

You will partner with Product and Design to set priorities, translate business needs into execution plans, and balance delivery speed with quality and long-term sustainability in a high-volume marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed/catalog or order management
• Strong Java background with architectural decision influence

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—across Paris and Bordeaux, coordinating with US-based teammates
• Define priorities with Product and Design, translate business needs into execution plans, balance speed, quality and sustainability
• Drive technical direction, ensure scalable, maintainable solutions, and raise testing and observability standards
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support career growth and recruitment
• Improve operating model for distributed, international teams and optimize collaboration
