Job summary

Mirakl Connect Engineering is looking for an engineering leader to oversee two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—across Paris and Bordeaux with weekly remote work. You will drive priorities with Product and Design, mentor engineers, and uphold high architectural standards while coordinating with US-based and international partners.

You should bring 4–5 years of leadership in engineering, strong Java background, and experience in e-commerce or marketplace domains.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed/catalog or order management.
• Solid Java background and ability to challenge architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Zalando.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive the technical direction of your scope, shaping architecture and advocating testing, observability, and incident management.
