Job summary

Mirakl Connect Engineering in Paris or Bordeaux is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to directly head two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—guiding about 12 engineers across France with collaboration from US teams.

You will partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, shape architecture, and raise standards in testing, observability, and incident management while developing your teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5–6 engineers or more.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed or catalog-related domains.
• Strong Java background with architecture evaluation experience.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-moving environments while protecting team focus.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering squads: Seller Experience and Channel Integration, ensuring reliability and high technical standards.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate needs into execution plans.
