Job summary

Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Lead for Mirakl Connect in Paris or Bordeaux with one day remote per week. You will directly lead two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—across ~12 engineers, collaborating with US teams and product/design partners to drive impactful, scalable outcomes.

You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and build a high-performing, globally connected engineering culture in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed management, catalog or order management.
• A solid Java background with ability to challenge architectural decisions.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two engineering squads — Seller Experience and Channel Integration — totaling about 12 engineers across Paris and Bordeaux with US collaboration.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, architectural decisions, scalability, testing, observability and incident management.
• Coach engineers and tech leads; support growth and performance conversations.
• Improve operating model and collaborate with distributed, international stakeholders.
