Job summary

Mirakl Connect Engineering in Paris or Bordeaux is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive two squads that shape how sellers and brands connect with multiple marketplaces globally. You will oversee approximately 12 engineers across Seller Experience and Channel Integration, coordinating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to set priorities, make trade-offs, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams, with 5+ engineers across multiple squads.
Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
A solid Java background with ability to challenge architectural decisions.
Fluent English and ability to work with US and international partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop two engineering squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration.
Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
Drive the technical direction, architecture choices, and testing practices.
Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth and talent attraction.
Improve operating models, protect team focus, and enable collaboration with stakeholders.
