Mirakl Connect Engineering in Paris or Bordeaux leads two squads focused on the seller journey and marketplace integrations. You will partner with Product and Design to prioritize work, translate business needs into execution plans, and drive scalable architecture.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams (5–6 engineers) or more across multiple squads.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
Strong Java background with ability to challenge architecture and guide engineers.
Proven ability to deliver in fast-moving environments while maintaining focus.
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for seller journeys and external marketplace integrations.
