Qualifications

• Strong background in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel or catalog management.
• Solid Java background with architectural judgment and leadership credibility.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to set priorities and translate needs into plans.
• Drive technical direction, scalable architecture, and best practices in testing and observability.
• Coach engineers and tech leads; support growth and talent attraction.
• Build an effective operating model for distributed, international teams.
