Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking an Engineering Manager/Technical Leader to grow and mentor a diverse engineering team, while acting as a technical contributor.

The role focuses on cloud-native Java microservices, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable solutions for government partner programs. Qualifications

• 10+ years in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience designing cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Postgres using JDBC and ORM (Hibernate).
• DevOps experience, preferably Jenkins CI/CD, and AWS cloud services.

Responsabilités

• Write code and review code for quality and consistency.
• Draft and review technical specifications with product teams.
• Guide engineering on planning, estimation, prioritization, and debt management.
• Review architecture and designs from other teams; mentor engineers.
