Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Experience leading multi-site capital planning and capital project execution is essential.
• Lean capital initiative management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Form and lead cross-functional resources to develop a 5-year capital plan for U.S. and Canada facilities.
• Ensure projects follow Capital Initiative Management processes and meet KPIs on safety, CQV, on-time delivery and budgets.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, Finance and IT to reach goals.
