Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple facilities, driving reliability, capacity, safety and efficiency. You will manage site master plans, budgets, and cross-functional delivery from design through commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–5 years of capital project management experience in food manufacturing, with strong leadership and ERP/SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects totaling ~$6M/year.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of 2–3-year capital master plans.
• Oversee project scopes, screening estimates, and business cases.
• Manage capital project execution including design, procurement, scheduling and commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and OEMs to ensure on-time delivery.
