Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects totaling ~$6M/year.
• Track record of driving KPI improvements (cost, uptime, losses).
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and technology used in food processing is required.
• Experience in operations/maintenance/engineering in a plant environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills are required.
• PM training or certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, is preferred.

• Lead capital and technical initiatives to improve plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency across facilities.
• Develop and execute site master plans and capital budgets.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop project scopes, screening estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Oversee design, procurement, scheduling, construction, commissioning, validation, and closeout of capital projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and contractors to drive alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and health standards.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
