Job summary
TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Plant Engineer for an on-site role in Wisconsin. You will plan and lead capital projects within the site's master plan, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost targets while coordinating with maintenance, EHS, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering, has 5+ years in manufacturing, and brings Lean/Six Sigma experience. SAP PM and CMMS familiarity are a plus; strong PM and leadership skills are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Lean Capital Initiative Management experience required.
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- CMMS familiarity; SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge a plus.
- PM training/certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, approve, and implement capital projects.
- Lead multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage project safety, scope, commissioning, and budget.
- Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental impact, food quality, and cost.
