TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple plants. You will oversee site master plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while maintaining food safety standards.

You’ll collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, develop business cases, mentor contractors, and report on progress. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage ~$6M/year in capital projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and technical projects to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
• Develop scopes, estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Manage project execution: design, procurement, scheduling, construction, commissioning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and OEMs; ensure safety and compliance.
