Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead frontend, backend, and applied engineers building agentic AI-enabled experiences within the Nova initiative. You will set technical roadmaps, drive architectural standards, and ensure reliability at scale in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

You'll partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to translate AI capabilities into scalable, user-facing features while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to success.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience managing, scaling, and leading software engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams that integrate AI or ML capabilities into production systems.
• Strong judgment across system design, APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams building agentic and AI-enabled product experiences.
• Define the technical roadmap with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership.
• Drive architecture for agent workflows and integrations.
• Establish standards for reliable, observable, secure enterprise features.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
