Qualifications

• Have at least 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Have at least 5+ years of experience managing, scaling, and leading software engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams that integrate AI or ML capabilities into production systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and developer workflows.
• Excellent communication with product, design, and data science peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams building agentic and AI-enabled product experiences.
• Define the technical roadmap with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership.
• Drive overall architecture for agent workflows and integrations.
• Ensure AI features are reliable, observable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
