Job summary

Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering groups building agentic experiences and integrating AI-powered capabilities into the Iterable platform.

You will define roadmaps, mentor frontend, backend, and applied engineers, and drive architectural standards for scalable AI-enabled product surfaces. You will collaborate with product, design, and data science leaders to translate AI capabilities into reliable customer-facing experiences and to guide teams through

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on software development.
• 5+ years managing, scaling, and leading software engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams that integrate AI or ML capabilities into production systems.
• Demonstrated expertise across product, platform, and data science intersections.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to map tech work to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams building agentic and AI-enabled product experiences.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Data Science leadership to define the technical roadmap and priorities.
• Drive overarching technical architecture for agent workflows, orchestration logic, and integrations.
• Establish standards to ensure AI features are reliable, observable, secure and production-ready.
• Spearhead execution across cross-functional initiatives balancing short-term delivery with long-term direction.
