You will set technical direction, drive architecture, and mentor senior engineers in a remote, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams.
• Experience scaling SaaS platforms and producing reliable, high-availability systems.
• Experience leading AI/ML-powered production capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams delivering agentic and AI-enabled product experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to define technical roadmaps and translate AI capabilities into user-facing features.
• Define overarching architecture for agent workflows, orchestration, and integrations.
• Ensure AI features are secure, observable, and production-ready at enterprise scale.
