Actian is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive AI-enabled software development in a hybrid work environment. You will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution, guiding a 12-person team and influencing SDLC practices with Agentic AI workflows.

You will shape architecture, oversee R&D initiatives, and champion modern management approaches while collaborating with Product, Design and Executive leadership to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in high-growth SaaS with deep technical acumen.
• Proven track record building and scaling R&D teams.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI systems to drive adoption.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-seniority engineering team and bridge strategy with hands-on AI integration.
• Provide architectural oversight and design reviews across the SDLC.
• Drive organizational design using Team Topologies and flow optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Exec leadership to translate roadmaps into execution.
