Job summary

Actian Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of Smart Data Products within our ecosystem. You will drive a scalable Data Product roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-velocity, high-value features on Actian’s Data Intelligence Platform.

This remote, senior IC role emphasizes strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Product Management focused on Data Products, Data Platforms, or AI/ML.
• Experience as product manager on open source technologies.
• Able to navigate startup pace and complex corporate structures.
• Deep understanding of Data Governance and Data Catalogs.
• Track record of shipping enterprise SaaS features from ideation through scale.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CPTO’s strategic vision into a concrete, scalable Data Product roadmap.
• Participate in the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, iteration, and adoption.
• Lead the full lifecycle of Data Products development to ensure trustworthiness and value.
• Oversee the development of AI agents that control data products for end-users.
• Lead cross-functional squads in an agile environment with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Champion AI product development tooling to accelerate delivery and feature optimization.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to position Data Products and drive adoption.
