Job summary

Aimlroles seeks a Sr. Staff AI Platform Engineer to design and build a high-performance foundation for enterprise AI workflows. You will lead the Context Layer, enabling low-latency data access for vector databases and LLM-driven applications.

You will own the platform strategy, drive R&D in agentic technologies, and define CI/CD standards across the organization. This is a platform-as-a-product role with emphasis on scalable, secure infra.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, expert in distributed systems.
• Expertise in Java or Scala and Python for backend platforms.
• Experience building extensible frameworks, high-throughput APIs, and libraries.
• Strong emphasis on software-defined infrastructure over manual config.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a 3–5 year roadmap for AI-ready Data Lakehouse.
• Prototype and benchmark agentic trends (Multi-Agent Orchestration, agent memory management).
• Lead architecture reviews and serve as escalation point for complex bottlenecks.
• Design platform interfaces for Agentic workflows and HITL triggers.
• Build the Context Fabric for secure data discovery and reasoning-based retrieval.
• Champion MCP standards and edge-LM/Agentic RAG strategies.
