Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers working on tasks of varying complexity.
• Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, operations, and process execution.
• Set and scale operating practices for enterprise AI-assisted engineering and SDLC/TLM automation across multiple teams with measurable goals.
• Apply SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to drive efficiency and reuse of firm technology assets.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to enable successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate issues to execute the book of work and escalate as needed.
• Provide input to leadership on budget, approach, and technical considerations to boost efficiency and functionality.
