Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with system design and development
• 2+ years leading technologists and cross-functional teams
• Experience with enterprise AI development and security governance
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of engineers
• Influence resource decisions, budget, and execution of processes
• Set operating practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation across teams
• Coach teams on enterprise-grade tooling, governance, delivery speed, and reliability
• Ensure collaboration across teams and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed
• Provide input to leadership on budget and technical directions
