Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert in one or more programming language(s).
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling agentic AI-enabled development patterns across teams/functions.

Responsibilities

• Advises and leads on the strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
• Creates novel code solutions and drives the development of new production code capabilities across teams and functions.
• Sets strategy and operating standards for agentic AI-enabled engineering across a portfolio with guardrails for validation, security, and reuse.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development to improve value realized by automation at scale.
• Translates complex technical issues to leadership to inform strategic technology decisions.
• Drives adoption of technical methods in specialized fields in line with product development methodologies.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks leveraged across teams.
• Influences across business, product, and technology teams and manages senior stakeholder relationships.
