Qualifications

• Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.

Responsibilities

• Guides business and technical teams; mentors contractors and vendors.
• Develops secure, production-grade code and reviews peers' work.
• Leads design and development of full-stack apps using Java, Python, Node.js, React/Angular, Spring Boot.
• Architects scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with performance and resiliency.
• Drives CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code via Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to embed AI into SDLC pipelines and dashboards.
• Maintains VMware environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter) with automation-first mindset.
• Influences product design and technical operations and processes.
• Develops automation workflows for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance.
• Develops AI models for capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and simulation classification.
• Integrates ML models into infrastructure platforms for predictive alerts and dynamic orchestration.
