Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering management, including supervision of managers.
• Proven ability to create high-quality software engineering processes and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Explore and apply GenAI techniques like LLMs and Agentic AI across the org.
• Lead and influence Operations and Compliance to maximize impact.
• Build and manage Compliance-domain engineering teams to design features and infrastructure.
• Plan, design, develop, test software systems including cloud-based tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into a quarterly roadmap.
