GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a People Leader for the Aeroderivatives Combustion Module to guide a high-performing engineering team in industrialization and new tech development. You will champion design excellence, drive NPI/NTI programs, and promote lean, continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Aero System Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service is essential. Required: a BS in Engineering or Science and at least 8 years of professional engineering experience.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited college or university.
• M.S. degree in Engineering or Science discipline is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Safety & Quality Leadership across all project phases.
• Team Development: coach and mentor for growth.
• Oversee work assignments, schedules, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure robust design solutions and RCA with technical rigor.
• Act as primary liaison between team and cross-functional partners.
• Drive performance improvements in gas turbine systems.
• Lead fleet support with urgency for factory or fleet issues.
