Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years aerospace industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years engine systems/design experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep engineering-process expertise across leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate systems and design integration with field experience and best practices.
• Lead technical execution across development, production, and field support.
• Lead Value Engineering (VAVE) events to improve producibility, cost and cycle-time.
• Develop and standardize engineering production support processes with adjacent teams.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with external organizations.
• Integrate internal teams with customers and partners for optimal solutions.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders on technical and commercial decisions.
• Influence major product-line decisions balancing business and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Lean (FLIGHT DECK) methods.
