Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years engineering experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
• Proven track record in equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement teams to achieve objectives.
• Partner with Process Engineering and Maintenance to install, test, validate, and release equipment after modifications.
• Drive improvements in equipment safety, quality, reliability, and performance.
• Lead root cause analysis to identify recurring failures and improve asset reliability.
• Develop and execute plans for equipment modifications, installations, and modernization projects.
• Establish long-term staffing, training, equipment, and facility strategies.
• Develop, justify, and manage CAPEX budgets based on needs.
• Lead large-scale equipment upgrades with stakeholders at all levels.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Review engineering work for technical accuracy, sustainability, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve plant processes and workflow.
• Support continuous improvement using data-driven decisions and Lean methods.
