Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Equivalent job-related experience, military service, professional certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous manufacturing and maintenance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical maintenance teams.
• Experience managing complex maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations in support of production, safety, quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
• Develop maintenance strategies aligned with broader manufacturing and business objectives.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop maintenance personnel through effective leadership and performance management.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability throughout the maintenance organization.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to achieve productivity, equipment availability, safety, and quality objectives.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and manage projects as needed.
