Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager for a national food manufacturer.

You will lead the reliability engineering function, own uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost reduction across multiple facilities, and manage a team of reliability engineers in partnership with Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant leadership. The role emphasizes root cause analysis, PM programs, and development of training and progression paths; the ideal candidate has 10+ years in the field with Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering/industrial maintenance with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM experience.
• 5+ years leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• 5+ years with industrial controls (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• CMRP and/or CRE certification strongly preferred; LSSBB/LSSGB a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering function across multiple facilities.
• Own equipment uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost reduction.
• Drive root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Develop training and progression paths for staff.
• Partner with Maintenance and Plant leadership on PM programs.
