Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance, Automation, and Facilities teams at a large-scale industrial plant in Siloam Springs, AR. You will own reliability, cost, safety, quality, and downtime goals across three shifts, and drive value through capital projects and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in maintenance management or supervision in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, planning, communication, and influencing skills, including leading exempt staff.
• Proficiency with predictive and preventive maintenance software; CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across multi-shift teams of 40+ technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and MRO/inventory system.
• Manage operating and capital budgets for Maintenance and Facilities with plant leadership.
• Schedule work to meet monthly PM/calibration deadlines and reduce backlog.
• Lead diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Implement TPM and routine predictive maintenance testing.
• Use CMMS to schedule PMs, assign tasks, and track critical spares.
• Apply Lean methods to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
• Oversee vendors for cost and quality; ensure regulatory compliance.
