The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Salt Lake City to lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive reliability and preventive maintenance, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet safety and performance goals.

The role emphasizes developing personnel, improving equipment reliability, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training, certification, or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, schedule, train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members to achieve objectives.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and administer corrective action when necessary.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Production and other departments; coordinate with contractors and vendors.
