Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Lead plant maintenance and reliability to maximize asset performance.
• Coach maintenance personnel and drive continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving.
